Kodakara - Yamagata Summer Plum 720ml

Produced by Tatenokawa Brewery, a celebrated sake house in Yamagata Prefecture, Kodakara Yamagata Plum is a seasonally produced product from one of Japan’s most prized orchard fruits.

Unlike classic Ume-Shu, this limited edition liqueur is only available during the spring and summer months. Crafted from locally grown Yamagata plums picked at peak ripeness during a very narrow harvest window, the fruit selection focuses on optimal sweetness, acidity and aromatic character specific to that year’s crop.

The fruit’s natural sweetness is beautifully balanced by a gentle tartness, creating a bright, juicy profile with a clean, polished finish.

A soft and approachable 8% ABV and lush aromas of ripe plum and delicate floral notes lead into a smooth palate layered with honeyed sweetness and refreshing acidity.

The result is a fragrant, versatile liqueur, equally suited to relaxed sipping or creative drinks.
